PROCESS CONTROL INSTRUMENTATION .

Course contents :-
Study of Chemical processes, Instruments used in closed loop controls like P/I & I/P Converter,Temperature transmitter ,Recorder ,Controller & final control elements, Study of PID action in control system.
Practicals :-
Calibration of P/I & I/P converter, Strip chart recorder, temperature transmitter, RDT & thermocouples control valves, pressure gauges PID controller, ON-OFF controller pressure switch etc.
Working on simulator for PID tuninig.

PROCESS CONTROL INSTRUMENTATION  (STUDY ,TEST & CALIBRATION  INSTRUMENTS)

.Course contents :-
Study of primary and sensing elements for measurement of pressure,Flow level & temperature variables.Study & calibration of P/I and I/P converters ,strain gauge ,L.V.D.T & Speed control of Motors & Calibration of final control elements.
Practicals :-
strain gauge ,L.V.D.T & Speed control measurement.
Study & calibration of P/I and I/P converters ,strip chart recorder, temreture transmitter D.P. transmitter, pressure gauge & sensores.
